A Imprisonment for two years, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, as to Defendant B and C, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, B, and B made an advertisement with F known to the effect that they purchase “Ephones or lostphones” on the Internet site, and recruited to purchase stolen cell phones from thies who reported the advertisement and engaged in contact.
