1. All of the plaintiffs' primary claims are dismissed.
2. The defendant,
A. Plaintiff A’s KRW 319,195,882 and 306 among them.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 13, 2011, the Defendant was the executor and seller of Gangnam-gu and the E-ground NF neighborhood living facilities (hereinafter “instant commercial building”) under the management-type land trust agreement entered into with the filial duty company, Inc., Ltd., and the SDR (hereinafter “E”) and the Plaintiffs purchased the instant commercial building from the Defendant.
B. On March 30, 2012, Plaintiff A entered into a contract with the Defendant for the supply of a neighborhood living facility with the content that: (a) the total supply amount was KRW 612,00,000 with respect to the first floor B127 of the instant commercial building (the contractual area of KRW 65.016 square meters, exclusive area of KRW 9.280 square meters); and (b) the said amount was to be paid as follows.

C. On May 21, 2012, Plaintiff B entered into a contract with the Defendant for the supply of the instant shopping mall Nos. 2108 (Contract Area 61.934 square meters, exclusive area area 8.840 square meters) with a total amount of KRW 583,00,000, and with the content that the said amount shall be paid as follows.

D. On May 21, 2012, Plaintiff C entered into a contract with the Defendant for the supply of one story B128 (the contracted area of 64.315 square meters, exclusive use area of 9.180 square meters) under the instant commercial building at KRW 606,00,000 with respect to the total supply amount, and a contract for the supply of neighborhood living facilities (the contract between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant, such as the above, collectively referred to as “each sales contract in the instant case”).
The remainder of the intermediate payment (10%) is 50%.
