A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a criminal of Dsports C in Overcheon-si, and the victim E (a family name, female, F) and victim G (a family name, female, H) are students attending the above sports center.

1. Crimes against victims E;

A. On January 1, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act) 1, 2014, she dump in the back of the victim who reported his/her mobile phone at the above gymnasium (at the time 13 years of age), and she dump his/her fingers into the victim’s upper part and the clothes.

In other words, an indecent act was committed by force against a juvenile victim, such as deceiving the victim's chest.

2) 피고인은 2015. 일자 불상 경 위 체육관에서 피해자( 당시 만 13세) 가 옷을 갈아입기 위하여 탈의실로 들어가자 따라 들어가 탈의실 문을 잠근 뒤 피해자의 입에 키스를 하고, 피해자를 강제로 바닥에 눕힌 후 피해자의 몸 위에 올라 타 피고인의 성기를 피해자의 음부에 갖다 댄 다음 성관계를 하는 시늉을 하여 청소년인 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.

B. The Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (rape-rape) in early August 2016, when undergoing a camp training with the victim (the age of 14 years at the time) and the five to six students of other private teaching institutes at the office of the above gymnasium on the ground that he/she did so while drinking alcohol, and the victim took the body under the influence of alcohol.
