1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 160,522,687 as well as KRW 44,496,019 from October 7, 2019 to the day of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the whole pleadings, the facts constituting the cause of the claim (the "creditor" is "the plaintiff," and the "debtor" is changed to "the defendant," the plaintiff's claim is accepted in full and it is so decided as per Disposition.

This decision is against Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Company”).

Of the instant lawsuit, the part of the claim against C individual, the representative of the Defendant Company, was concluded as the withdrawal of the lawsuit on March 2, 2020.
