Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was the owner of C’s land; (b) in order to prevent D from passing through a road on the said land (large 3.5m wide, approximately 100m long) with a view to preventing the traffic of the vehicle, the Defendant left a truck owned by the Defendant’s wife on the road; and (c) brought a plastic water tank, etc. indicated as “private land,” thereby obstructing the passage of the vehicle on the land, thereby obstructing the traffic of the road.
