1. The Defendant’s KRW 43,891,130 as well as 5% per annum from January 16, 2013 to December 24, 2014 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is an organization consisting of D's representatives pursuant to the management rules of A (hereinafter "A") located in Daegu Suwon-gu C, and carries out management affairs with A's decision-making body interest.
(b) A has a commercial building (living facilities) on the ground level from the second and second underground floors to the 26th ground level, and from the second to the second underground floors, there are apartment houses (76 households) on the ground level from the second to the 26th ground level.
C. On January 7, 2013, through a compulsory auction procedure, the Defendant was awarded a successful bid for sectional ownership of the building Nos. 101 and No. 102 and the building No. 201 and underground second floor No. 101 (hereinafter “instant underground shop”). On January 16, 2013, the Defendant was awarded a sectional ownership of the building No. 101, 102, 103, and 104 (hereinafter “instant first floor”) among the real estate listed in the attached list A’s attached list.

The management expenses for the unpaid section for common use from July 2008 to January 7, 2013, when D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D Co., Ltd”) (hereinafter “D Co., Ltd”), the former sectional owner, for the instant underground shopping districts, KRW 83,656,350, and the unpaid section for common use from July 2008 to January 16, 2013, with respect to the instant section for common use owned by the Defendant, are KRW 12,764,510, which was the unpaid section for common use from July 2008 to January 16, 2013.
