Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed her father, who was under the influence of alcohol, and tried to fight his body while taking care of D, his father; (b) received a report from F, a police officer of the Ansan-gu Police Station E commander of the Ansan-gu Police Station, called “I would like to go to another by getting off his body,” and called “I would like to go to go to the other by getting out of the police officer,” who was dispatched by F, a police officer of the above police station E commander of the Ansan-gu Police Station, called “I want to go to go off, I would like to go off, I would like to go off, and I would like to go off the above police officer’s face at one time.” While the police officer’s face was prevented from doing the above act of assault, the Defendant took part of the face of the police officer’s face to go to the above police officer once again.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reports.
