【2015 Highest 79】 The Defendant had expressed an obscene phone call against many unspecified women to satisfy their sexual desire, and discovered a female’s mobile phone number on the part of the subject, after inputting the name, age, and gender of the female at random in the Internet site search column.
1. On October 18, 2014, around 09:48, the Defendant sent a phone call to the victim D (E) mobile phone numbers (E) discovered by using a mobile phone in his/her dwelling in the original city located in C, and caused the victim to feel a sense of sexual humiliation or aversion through a communications medium by stating that “D, to see, to see, to see, to see, to see, and to see, to see, to see, to see, to see, to see, to see, to see, to ever).”
