A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2014, the Defendant introduced to the public service center of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam Police Station, Seoul, 113-ro, “Around December 2012, 2012, E, who was aware of the fact that he was preparing for a pastor course at the Diplomatic Association in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and had sleep and reside in E’s house as monthly income. However, the Defendant came to know and teach E through hosting, and there was no other threat or assault in the course of sexual intercourse with E, and there was no fact that E had been raped by another male, and the Defendant was in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu clothes from September 2013 to March 2014.
