Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the director of the management office of the LAD and the defendant B is the staff of the LAD.
No one shall make, or have another make contribution to, a candidate or the political party to which he belongs in connection with an election.
At the time, the Defendants conspired to gather people, including the employees of the above companies, and pay the meal cost for the above G candidates so that G, a current E-Gun and the 7th nationwide local election campaign candidate, can carry out an election campaign.
According to the above public offering, around May 23, 2018, Defendant B notified at the restaurant of the above company H, I, etc. of the attendance at the meeting called “E Gun G is deemed to have a breabbbed, f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.
At around 14:30 on May 26, 2018, the Defendants collected about 20 persons, including H and I, and L residents, including LAD employees and branch members, in the above restaurant, and contacted the side of the G candidate, and the G candidate visited the restaurant, asked G candidates to provide personnel and support to the customers, and Defendant B provided the above restaurant with food of 470,000 won in total, including 20,000 won, including original whites, alcoholic beverages, and drinks, and Defendant A provided the above restaurant with food of 4,00 won.
6.9. 22:30 At around 22:30, the 480,000 won was remitted to the above restaurant proprietor for the purpose of meal costs and interest interest.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to make a contribution to the E-Gun election for the general candidate.
