A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 12, 2007, the Defendant is a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act by receiving a summary order of a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act from the Gwangju District Court on December 12, 2007, and a fine of three million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act from the Gwangju District Court on January 29, 201.

On May 19, 2018, under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.187%, the Defendant driven a 200-meter B-car car from the 2nd parking lot of LH-dong LH-dong apartment in the Ganyang-gun, Namyang-gun, Namyang-gun, Namyang-gun, and the front road of the 200-meter B-car car from the 2nd parking lot of LH-dong apartment in the Ganyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Namyang-gun, Namyang-do.
