The Defendant had a relationship between the victim B (n, 25 years of age) and the Defendant’s relationship until December 2012.

4. 피고인은 2013. 1. 7. 04:01경 불상의 장소에서 피고인의 휴대폰을 이용하여 피해자의 휴대폰 카카오톡에 “내가 그 남자한테 지금 욕보내줄ㅋ게, 기다리라 욕보낸다, 더럽게 끝내자 니가 내 욕하길 바랬으닌까, 못지운다 니 서방이 고소하겠지 능력되는데, 연락하지 나라 샹년아(연락하지마라 샹년아)”라는 글을 전송하였다.

5. 피고인은 2013. 5. 8. 12:39경 불상의 장소에서 피고인의 휴대폰을 이용하여 피해자의 휴대폰 카카오톡에 “C 닮은 남친 쉬팍놈 딱봐 거지 같이 생긴논, 좀만 기다려라 다 동원한다, 보이나 사진 너거 집 앞에서 찍은 거 항상 긴장타라, 언제 마주칠지 모른다. 모르는 전화 받지도 못하고 그렇데 죄인같이 살아라”라는 글과 함께 피해자의 주거지 앞에서 찍은 피고인 사진을 전송하였다.
