1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months;
2. Seized evidence as referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 6, and 8 through 14 shall be confiscated;
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. and the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. ( marijuana) provided that the Defendant, even if not a handler of narcotics, handled Metepopopty (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana, which is a local mental medicine, as follows:
A. On March 20, 2016, the Defendant received marijuana by offering KRW 350,00 to E and receiving approximately 0.35 gramphones contained in a single-use injection machine at around D in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and continuously delivering approximately 2 grams of marijuana to the Defendant.
B. On March 20, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting the fluor’s fluor’s hand with a single-use injection device. The Defendant administered philophones by inserting the fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s hand.

On March 21, 2016, at around 12:00, the Defendant administered philophones by injecting the fluor’s hand using a one-time injection device, among the philophones purchased in G located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. At around 12:30 on March 21, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana by planting the fluencies among the marijuana received, as described in the foregoing A, with a fluencies attached to the fluencies of the fluencies of the fluencies.
E. On March 21, 2016, around 14:00, the Defendant, at the I gas station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, included approximately 2.77gopon, and approximately 1.78gopon in a bank, among marijuana received, as described in the foregoing A, and carried a phiphone or marijuana.
2. No person of the Act on the Regulation of Police Uniforms and Equipment may wear, use or carry any similar police equipment.
On March 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 16:20 on March 21, 2016, at around 623 Hun-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, one similar police equipment, inside the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the front of the police box.
