The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. On February 7, 2013, the Defendant charged with the charge that the victim E (year 21) uses in a coffee shop at the street of the precious metal shop “D” located in Mayang-gu, Manyang-si, Mayang-si (Seoul) in the instant precious metal shop.

2. Determination
