1. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff, the Defendant is based on the sale and purchase on November 29, 2017.
Reasons
1. On November 29, 2017, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a sales contract with respect to the land and buildings listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) under the brokerage of Licensed Real Estate Agent D operating the C Licensed Real Estate Agent Office (hereinafter “instant office”), as follows (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
A real estate sales contract and a buyer both shall enter into a sales contract with respect to real estate indicated below as follows:
1. 47.52 square meters in the area of detached houses for the purpose of preparing a structure of a building with a land category of 241 square meters in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, where real estate is marked;
2. Article 1 of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract / [Purpose] The seller and the buyer shall pay the sales amount by agreement as follows with respect to the sale of the above real estate:
The sum of the purchase-price shall be KRW 58,000,000,000 (Won 58,000,000) worth of KRW 58,000,000 (Won 58,00,000) account transfer on December 6, 2017.

Article 2 (Transfer, etc. of Ownership) The seller shall deliver all documents necessary for the transfer registration of ownership to the buyer simultaneously with the receipt of the balance of the purchase price, and shall cooperate with the registration procedure, and the delivery date of the said real estate shall be February 28, 2018.
Article 3 [Extinguishment of Restricted Real Rights, etc.] If a cause exists to restrict the exercise of ownership, such as mortgage, superficies, right of lease, etc. established on the said real estate, or there is any unpaid amount of taxes, public charges and other charges, the seller shall remove the defect, burden, etc. of the said right
except in cases of rights and amounts agreed to succeed.
Article 5 (Cancellation of Contract) The buyer shall be the seller.
