1. The Defendant shall pay 247,510,000 won to the Plaintiff and 25% per annum from September 23, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208 (3) 3 and 194 (Decision by Service by Public Notice) of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.
