Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2018, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.066% in blood without a vehicle driver's license, the Defendant driven a vehicle with 2 km B Spill site from the Do in front of the Japanese building located in Geumnam-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, to the front road of the shooting distance of the luminous high school located in Gwangju-gu, without a vehicle driver's license.
