A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on November 5, 2009, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on April 27, 2010.

1. At around 04:10 on February 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim C(25 years of age) was under the influence of alcohol from the Newcheon Station No. 3, 184-9, Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu, 184-9; (b) and (c) resisted that the victim’s body was frighted to steal the victim’s belongings in order to steal the victim’s personal belongings, the Defendant dived the victim’s face, she was able to say that the victim would have ever her face “dle the victim’s body” by shouldering the victim’s body from diving, and 470,000 won in cash, which she was under the victim’s face, and she took the victim’s cell phone and the mobile phone her cell phone, containing one resident bank C’s check card.

2. 3. From August 24, 2012 to September 3, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) discovered that the victim G (34 years of age) was under influence of alcohol at the street in the vicinity of a food felb in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and accessed the victim, and discovered that the victim G (34 years of age) was under influence of alcohol, and then entered the victim’s main money, one identification card of the Japanese bank, one credit card of the fel bank, and one set of the Nowon-gu Samsung C&C card with which the market price cannot be known, and thereby cut off one from the date and time to September 3, 2013.
