1. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 263,280,273 and KRW 233,00,000 among them, Defendant C shall start from January 15, 2017 to February 1, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties A is the former director and the former representative director of the Plaintiff Company, and Defendant C is the chief director of the Defendant Driving Institute.

B. On April 13, 2007, the Plaintiff Company newly built E-high schools affiliated with Defendant Private Teaching Institutes on April 13, 2007 from G to one parcel, and newly built H high schools from Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to G (hereinafter “instant project”) (hereinafter “instant project”).

As to Defendant C, the Plaintiff Company, after investing in advance the purchase price of the previous site and the construction cost of the new school, concluded the Framework Property Convention with the existing school site (for profit-making G, F, and J), and paid Defendant C the amount of KRW 2,500,000,000 which is to physical exchange the said new school. The Convention on Property of the School Foundation (for profit-making) shall be signed with “A” and the Plaintiff shall be “A” with “B,” and the Plaintiff shall be “A” with “B,” with “B,” respectively. For the purpose of Article 1, “B” and “E High School and E High School” shall be 0,000,000 won for sale of the existing site and new school after investing in the previous site determined by “A” and “B, and then, “B” shall be 0,000,000 won for total purchase price of the previous site and the construction cost of the new school. Article 4,50,000,000 won for sale of the above real property.

The intermediate payment: The total amount paid after the agreement between "A" and "B" has been reached after the process for the relocation of a new school has been completed and the approval for the relocation of a new school has been obtained shall be the intermediate payment until "B" starts and completes the new school construction.
