A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a new CEF Lasta car.
1. On March 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicle) driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.137% on blood alcohol level on March 21, 2014, while driving the said vehicle, and driving the two-lanes in front of the Hingart in the direction of the Gu and U.S. in the direction of the Gu.
At this point, there was a duty of care to safely drive a motor vehicle in accordance with the signals by reducing the speed of the person engaged in driving the motor vehicle and by properly examining the right and the right of the vehicle.

2. On December 21, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of one million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-do branch of the Daegu District Court on December 21, 2007, and on May 31, 201, the Defendant was issued a fine of three million won or more as the same crime in the same court.
On March 21, 2014, at around 03:30 on March 21, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 3 km from the distance of about 0.137% alcohol concentration to the front road of the Gamlum Child Care Center located in the Gumyeong-dong.
