A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Criminal facts

On October 15, 2013, from October 15, 2013 to March 3:30 of the same day, the Defendants, along with E, etc., found out at a gambling place set up in the G of the former North Korean Office from around 0:00 to around 3:30 of the same day, divided into O and X two stamps, using 51 Tues, and one of the three straws was drawn up in a way that the sum of the number of the scams in the last three scams was high.
