Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than a licensed administrative agent, shall not engage in business of preparing documents, submitting prepared documents on behalf of an administrative agency, etc. except as permitted by other Acts.

Since the Defendant is a person employed as a member of the registration of transfer of a motor vehicle under the condition that he/she received monthly salary of one million won from the “C” located in the Daegu-gu Office B on July 2016, the Defendant is prohibited from performing the registration of transfer of another motor vehicle company in addition to the registration of transfer of a motor vehicle from the above “C” to which he/she belongs

Nevertheless, on July 1, 2016, the Defendant agreed to receive KRW 50,000 per month from “E” to “F, regardless of the number of cases in which an application for the registration of a vehicle is made by proxy, and KRW 50,000 per month from “F,” regardless of the number of cases in which an application for the registration of a vehicle is made by proxy, and KRW 50,000 per month from “F,” regardless of the number of cases in which an application for the registration of a vehicle is made by proxy. From “D” to “D”, “E”, and “F” to “F,” for the total nine months from July 7, 2016 to March 2017.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not an administrative agent, the defendant was engaged in the business of administrative agency such as preparing documents and submitting documents on behalf of the administrative agency.
