Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2014, at around 22:34, the Defendant: (a) discovered B and C returning to Korea after completing an election campaign in the 'Geocheon Park' located in 14:5-ro, Sinsung-si (Seoul-Eup, Youngcheon-do), and (b) laid his sexual organ with his hand while he was found to have his body off his clothes against the above people, and (c) openly obscene act by showing his self-defense as above.
