1. On March 1, 2020, from around 00:35 to around 00:58 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant at “D hotel” operated by the victim C (hereinafter referred to as “D hotel”) from around 00:35 on March 1, 2020, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s hotel business by force, such as: (a) the victim took a bath to the victim who was in the hotel in question on the ground that the victim does not take a part without contact with the Defendant; (b) the victim took a bath, talks with the victim by smoking tobacco in front of the hotel; and (c) the victim took a bath to the victim; and (d) the victim took a bath to the hotel customer at the same time; and (d) the victim took part in the hotel business by force by forcing the customer to refund accommodation fees to the customer.
