Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2018, the Defendant, as a person subject to a call for military force mobilization training, received a notice of call for military force mobilization training under the name of the head of the regional military affairs office of North Korea, and did not enlist on the designated date without justifiable grounds, which led to the mobilization training conducted by 35 association 3507 mobilization units from March 27, 2018 to March 29, 2018.
