Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on May 12, 2009, the Defendant made a false statement, “Around 14:00, the Defendant would work as an employee in a set of Dda in Ansan-si, operated by the Victim B.”

However, the defendant did not intend to work as an employee in his or her multi-party manner.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 1.7 million won in cash from the victim’s place of payment in advance.
