Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any false entry into public electronic records, and any false entry into public electronic records, etc.;

A. On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) posted a letter to the effect that he/she had an intent to enter the Republic of Korea through a disguised marriage arrangement scheme with Vietnamese women who wish to enter the Republic of Korea; and (b) had an intent to enter the Internet integrated portal site “C” in return for payment of a certain amount of money; and (c) received a proposal to pay KRW 2,50,000,000 on the face of the State from D, a disguised marriage arrangement scheme, a disguised marriage arrangement scheme for contact with Vietnamese women.

On May 23, 2013, the public service center of the Suwon-si, Sungnam-si, prepared her husband A (date of birth E) and B (date of birth F) in the name of the report of marriage with the false intention as if they were married with the above D within the public service center of the competent agency of the Suwon-si, Sungnam-si, which was known through the above D, and submitted it to the public official in charge who is aware of the fact to register as if they were married with the actual marriage in the family relations computer information system.

B. The Defendant, at the above date and at the above place, had the above public official store and operate the family relations electronic data processing system containing the aforementioned false facts, and exercised it.

2. Any false entry, false entry, electromagnetic records, and any event, such as G and H-related public electromagnetic records;

A. On August 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with D, a disguised marriage arrangement book, intended to arrange a disguised marriage between Vietnamese women and men who wish to enter the Republic of Korea, posted a letter to the effect that he/she would find a person eligible for disguised marriage on the Internet portal site following the Internet portal site on the 30th of the same month, and promised to pay KRW 4 million on the face of the country to G who reported it as a disguised marriage partner.
