1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant related to the parties is a juristic person operating the Yancheon University Hospital located in 31,00-ro 31, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Yancheon-gu (hereinafter “instant hospital”). On October 7, 2013, Plaintiff A was hospitalized in the emergency room of the instant hospital after being diagnosed with a pan-dial decline symptoms due to the symptoms of telegraph termination, around October 7, 2013. Plaintiff B is the mother of Plaintiff A.

B. Measures taken by the medical personnel of the instant hospital and the Plaintiff A’s condition 1) as a result of blood examination conducted by the Plaintiff at the time when the Plaintiff was admitted to the instant hospital, 3.0g/dl (the normal 12-16g/dl), 2300 / Gull (the normal 400-100 / Gull), 16,000 / Gull (the normal 130,000 to 140,000 / Gull), 12.7 seconds (the normal 9.8-12.4 second / 12.2) of the instant hospital (the normal / 1300 / 140 / 1400 / 00) were measured to the Plaintiff at the 10-10-130-10-20-130-130-200 / 130-10-10-130-20.

7. From 22:45 to 04:50 of the following day, a unit of red blood cell concentrate was administered.

Next, the same month in which the second red blood cell concentrate was invested in one unit.

8. Around 05:40, Plaintiff A’s physical temperature was measured with 38.4C and suspended administered, but at around 08:00 on the same day, Plaintiff A’s physical temperature was lowered to 37.3CC and applied the remaining red blood-gu concentration by up to 11:00 on the same day.

As a result of blood examination conducted in around 06:03 on the same day, 3.8g/dl, 1560 /ul, and 119,00 /ul.

3) On October 8, 2013, from around 11:10 to the third 15:30 of the same day, medical professionals administered the first red blood cell concentration. On the same day, the blood examination conducted around 11:2 on the same day, the 14.6g/dl, the 1470 /ul, and the 111,000 /ulul, the 15:50 Doul, on October 8, 2013.
