Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant of the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.: (a) sent a victim’s cell phone (D) to the Defendant’s cell phone from an insane city around March 3, 2015 to around 20:19, and (b) sent a sound that arouses fear or apprehensions over about 25 times from around that time to June 24, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.

2. Obstruction of business;

A. Around June 2015, the Defendant’s interference with the service by telephone calls from the victim’s cell phone without receiving the victim’s cell phone prior to leaving the victim’s contact with him/her and without receiving the victim’s cell phone, and bullyingd the victim. Around June 2015, the Defendant used a public telephone (F) or the Defendant’s mobile phone from the window E page at the window of Changwon-si where the Defendant’s residence is located, and used the Defendant’s mobile phone, thereby making the victim’s cosmetic service out of the phone 80 times via the same city Masan-gu Masan-gu Ga, and obstructed the victim’s cosmetic service by force.
