1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation, the purpose of which is non-life insurance business, etc., and is an insurance business entity that entered into an automobile insurance contract for business use from December 18, 2014 to December 18, 2015 with respect to A buses owned by EPF and its owner (hereinafter “Plaintiff vehicle”). The Defendant is a mutual aid association that entered into a mutual aid agreement with the future tourism company and its owner B bus (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”).

B. On April 6, 2015, around 09:24, the Plaintiff’s vehicle was in operation for the purpose of moving the said intersection from the entrance of the teglinfafbbbnbnbg tank at the upper schill of the inner schill (hereinafter “instant intersection”). E. The Plaintiff’s vehicle was destroyed due to the instant traffic accident, and the Plaintiff, as the insurer, disbursed a total of KRW 10,600,000 at the repair cost of the Plaintiff’s vehicle.

2. Determination:

(a) If the signal apparatus at an intersection due to the occurrence of the obligation to pay the indemnity indicates on-and-off signal of a yellow light, vehicles and horses shall proceed with such signal with due care for other traffic or safety display;
