Purport of claim and appeal
1.
Reasons
The court's explanation of this case is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, the court's explanation of this case is acceptable pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
(1) The grounds for appeal by the Defendant do not differ significantly from the contents asserted in the first instance trial, and even if the evidence, such as evidence of No. 4 and No. 6, submitted in the first instance trial, are examined, the judgment of the first instance is justifiable. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant B is accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remainder is dismissed as it is without merit. The Plaintiff’s primary claim against Defendant C is dismissed as it is without merit. The Plaintiff’s primary claim against Defendant C shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the conjunctive claim shall be accepted as it is reasonable. Accordingly, the judgment of the first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed as it is so decided as per Disposition.
