A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 28, 2013, at around 22:20, the Defendant: (a) extracted spawn in a e-practice room operated by the victim D, the second floor of the Daegu C Building; (b) told F to the effect that “I am in a singing practice room”; and (c) caused F to close the door door, thereby obstructing the victim’s karaoke business by force.

2. Around August 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) extracted Nos. 1 in the instant Esing practice room around 23:00; and (b) told the victim D to the effect that “I do not perform funeral at home, as soon as possible”; and (c) obstructed the victim’s karaoke practice room business by force.”

3. On August 30, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim D’s practice of singing practice room business by sticking a string lines to prevent vehicles from entering the entrance of a public parking lot located on the first floor of the Daegu C building, and by locked by lock.

4. On September 10, 2013, around 18:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim D’s practice of singing practice room business by unlocked lockedly force to prevent vehicles from entering the entrance of a public parking lot located on the first floor of the Daegu C building, and thus, interfere with the victim D’s practice of singing practice room business.

5. On September 13, 2013, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) laid the entrance of the first floor of the Daegu C-building to prevent customers from entering the said singing practice room; (b) thereby obstructing the victim D’s practice room business by force.

6. On September 20, 2013, around 19:00, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s business of running the instant instant singing practice room room for the victim D lap, so that customers may not use toilets on the second floor of the Daegu C-A-T-T-T-T-S0.

7. On September 23, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim D’s practice of singing practice room business by unlocked locked by unlocked locked power to prevent vehicles from entering the entrance of the public parking lot at the entrance of the first floor of the Daegu C building.
