A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 2013, the Defendant of special obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) assaulted D at the Defendant’s house located in Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C Stud 402 on December 19, 2013, and reported domestic violence; (b) attempted to listen to D the circumstances of the instant case; (c) the police officer at the Jeonjunan Police Station E zone belonging to the Jeonnan National Police Station E zone; and (d) “I am sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar sar s.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with police officers' performance of duties concerning the control of crimes.

2. In the date, time, and place mentioned in Paragraph 1, the Defendant 2, as seen above, was fluencing the Defendant’s boomed to the Defendant’s head (52 years old, 52 years old) on the ground that fluencing boom (the extent of 50cc in diameter and 50cc) was located there.

As a result, the defendant put the victim into the head room in the days of treatment.
