Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 10:50 on April 5, 2019, the Defendants: (a) thrown away the tobacco butts on the floor of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu 397; (b) when Defendant B was demanded to present identification cards by being subject to the control of Eunpyeong-gu, a public official affiliated with the office of Eunpyeong-gu and E, a key employee belonging to the office of Eunpyeong-gu, who is a public official of the office of Eunpyeong-gu, and a key employee belonging to the department, Defendant A: (c) was tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly, and the Defendant B used the parts of D with the hand floor, tightly tightly lushes; (d) the parts of D with lushes; and (c) Defendant B used the chest as “Is, Is you are public officials,” and the chest of D by hand.
