Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendant driven a B-ro motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 2 km alcohol concentration of about 0.129% from the 2km section to the front road of the Jinsan Apartment apartment in the C-si-si, Simpon on September 16, 2014.
