Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the captain who is responsible for the operation and fishery activities of C (10 tons of gross tonnage) which is the shipping vessel of the same paragraph at the time of China.

Accordingly, the Defendant engaged in fishing activities within the territorial sea of the Republic of Korea to impair peace, public order or security of the Republic of Korea.
