1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from June 9, 201 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On June 8, 201, the Plaintiff agreed to receive 12% interest per annum while lending KRW 100 million to Defendant C on June 8, 201.
Defendant B prepared and provided a loan certificate to the effect that Defendant C’s above debt is a joint and several surety.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 10 million won and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 12% per annum from June 9, 2011 to the date of full payment.
