1. The defendant shall set out to the plaintiffs the amount of money listed in the attached list (4) and each of them listed in paragraph (5).
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant, a public rental apartment, is the rental business operator of H-ground I apartment (hereinafter “I apartment”), and the Plaintiff A, C, D, and E entered each apartment in the “building number” column in the attached Table, and J leased Nos. 303, 107, and 303 (hereinafter “the instant apartment”).
According to the above lease contract, the defendant may sell the apartment leased by the lessee when the "five years have passed after the expiration of the initial designation period of occupancy."
B. On November 7, 1997, the defendant first announced the recruitment of general occupants on the I apartment, but around December 24, 1997, approved the alteration of the business plan as a public rental apartment pursuant to Article 33 of the Housing Construction Promotion Act, and announced the public announcement as a public rental apartment on May 27, 1998.
The sale price of rental housing, which is the basis for the pre-sale conversion price, was KRW 54,00,000 in the case of 46.95 square meters (hereinafter “17 square meters”) and KRW 70,107,00 in the case of 59.03 square meters (hereinafter “23 square meters”).

On September 30, 2003, the defendant estimated sale price of 17 square meters according to the sale plan attached to the average appraisal price at Silung-si.
