A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was first known in the open hosting around February 2019 to the victim B (for children and juveniles, 16 years of age) and around February 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim who is a child or juvenile by force.
