1. The Defendant’s KRW 31,240,992 as well as 6% per annum from November 29, 2013 to September 2, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an OEM ( original trademark production) company, and was requested by the new company (hereinafter “new company”) from around 2007 to produce and deliver the Atemi (Atemi) diskettess, etc. on the trademark “Atemi”.

B. The Plaintiff again proposed the Defendant to manufacture and supply some of the diskettes, etc. ordered by the new company, and the Defendant accepted them (hereinafter “the instant contract”), and the Defendant left the manufacturing of the diskettes, etc. at the factory called the Chinese Mine Bae Co., Ltd (hereinafter “China factory”).

C. From March 201 to July 201 of the same year, the Plaintiff was supplied with the two set of diskettes in the shape A (hereinafter “goods supplied as of November 9, 201”). D. On November 23, 201, the Plaintiff ordered the Defendant to supply 600 diskettes in the color of three set of Category A, three set of Category A, and 600 diskettes in the color of three set of color, and 600 diskettes in the color of three set of color, 3 set of Category B, 600 and 600 diskettes in the color of three set of color, 3 set of Category B, and 600 diskettes in the color of three set of shape B, and 250 and 290 of goods supplied as of December 29, 201 (hereinafter “the Defendant”).

E. Meanwhile, the defendant filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff representative director D with the Seoul Southern District Court 2007Gaso7902, and confirmed that "D shall pay the plaintiff (the defendant in this case) the amount of KRW 19,623,00 and 20% interest per annum from March 19, 2007 to the date of full payment." On July 30, 2013, the defendant issued and delivered a written confirmation in the attached Form (hereinafter "written confirmation") to the above D.
