1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from March 29, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments by Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3-2 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff agreed to pay the amount of KRW 21,00,000 with the defendant on December 28, 2015 as " principal amount of KRW 21,00,000, interest rate of KRW 30,000 on March 28, 2016; interest rate of KRW 30,000 on March 28, 2016; and interest payment period of KRW 28,00 on March 28, 2016; the fact that the defendant Eul jointly and severally guaranteed the defendant Eul's obligation to pay the contract amount of this case to the plaintiff. Accordingly, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum interest rate from March 29, 2016 to the date of full payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants of this case is justified.
