A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:25, around C in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 26, 2018, brought a dispute with the victim D (34 years of age) who is a workplace partner and drinking with the company life problems; (b) was suffering from a serious and dangerous thing on his/her table, and went back once the head of the victim.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous things with the victim and put up “a dual open room” in need of treatment for about two weeks.
