1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 67,00,000 and its interest rate of KRW 30% per annum from March 1, 2011 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the Plaintiff claims damages for delay from February 28, 2011, but the damages for delay of the obligation, the due date of which has been fixed, shall accrue from the day after the due date. Thus, the corresponding claim on February 28, 2011, the due date of which is the due date, is groundless.
