1. Basic facts

A. On April 27, 2005, the Defendant completed a marriage report with C on April 27, 2005, and had been married. 2) C filed a lawsuit against the Defendant on November 3, 2016 against Cheongju District Court 2016ddan3349, and the conciliation was concluded between the Defendant and C on March 2, 2017 during the said lawsuit.

On February 2017, the Defendant filed a lawsuit claiming consolation money against the Plaintiff, asserting that “the marriage relationship between the Defendant and C has disappeared due to an unlawful act between the Plaintiff and C” with the Cheongju District Court Decision 2017ddan11521, the Cheongju District Court rendered a lawsuit claiming consolation money against the Plaintiff. 2) On October 18, 2017, the Cheongju District Court rendered a judgment ordering the Defendant to pay consolation money in KRW 20,00,000 to the Defendant on October 18, 2017.

3) The Plaintiff filed an appeal against the judgment of the first instance court, and the case was continued by the Cheongju District Court 2017Reuu1515, and the Defendant also filed an incidental appeal. On April 13, 2018, the said court rendered a judgment dismissing both the Plaintiff’s appeal and the Defendant’s incidental appeal. 4) The Plaintiff filed an appeal against the appellate court and filed an appeal, thereby continuing the case under Supreme Court Decision 2018Meu1655, but the Supreme Court rendered a judgment dismissing the Plaintiff’s appeal on June 28, 2018.
