Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On April 28, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment was finalized on May 1, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On October 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “D” located on the first floor of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, was “D,” with E, and that “The victim F, who is the backer of Dongin, should purchase multiple vehicles for siren business, and there is a limit on personal credit, so that he/she would not cause damage by resolving the problem of loans within one month per week, by allowing a vehicle to be purchased in the name of aner.”

However, at the time, the defendant et al. purchased the vehicle with the loan under the name of the victim and disposed of it and did not have the intention or ability to exempt the beneficiary from the obligation to pay the loan.

On October 23, 2012, when deceiving the victim and having the victim purchase the last vehicle of G body, the victim made him/her enter into a installment financing contract equivalent to KRW 30,000,000 as security, and made him/her take over the said vehicle by direct delivery.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E, has acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to 30,000,000 won by deceiving the victim.

2. On November 16, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement with I to the effect that “I purchases a vehicle by capitaling in the name of a party in the name of a party,” with I, “I would make a loan by purchasing a high-priced vehicle by purchasing a vehicle with a high-priced amount of KRW 3 billion by purchasing it again within 1-2 months after temporarily paying off the vehicle.”

However, at the time, the defendant et al. purchased the vehicle with the loan under the name of the victim and disposed of it and planned to use it.
