Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On October 18, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car at around 19:10 on October 18, 2013, and got a U-turn at a place where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed in order to proceed to the opposite lane at about 0.2 km per hour from the east side of the city at the speed of the city according to one lane.
