Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months and by a fine of 2,00,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent act by compulsion [2012 Gohap102] On January 18, 2008, the Defendant: (a) entered the “E beauty room” operated by the victim D (the victim D, 24 years of age) in Chungcheong City, into the place where the victim D (the victim D) takes a strike; (b) and (c) led the victim to an indecent act by force.

On October 29, 2011, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.093%, the Defendant driven a distance of about 7 km from around a restaurant at the seat of the major seat of the Chungcheongnam-gun of the Chungcheong-gun to the uppermost of 301.2km of the middle-west Highway located in Samsung-gun of the Chungcheong-gun of the Republic of Korea.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) [2012 high-speed 41] The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won by a court for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act on October 18, 2010. On October 29, 2011, the Defendant had the record of driving under the influence of alcohol more than twice by driving under the influence of alcohol as stated in the above paragraph (2).

On March 10, 2012, at around 00:05, the Defendant driven a F-Wurt-lured vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.098% under the influence of alcohol on the section of approximately 2km from the 2km to the front road of the GS25 Si convenience store in Geum-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

4. Robbery and violation of the Road Traffic Act (free License).

A. The robbery Defendant is around 00:02 on May 1, 2012 while driving his/her own Fa-purd passenger vehicle.
