The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below’s determination that each of the facts charged in this case against the Defendants was found guilty (excluding the acquittal portion) is acceptable, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the meaning of “trade secret” or “trade secret” under the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act, or as to co-principals.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
