A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months, by imprisonment for defendant C, by eight months, and by imprisonment for ten months, respectively.

On September 2015, A refused to offer a loan from a person whose name is unknown in the Chinese Cheongdo, upon receipt of a proposal to invite him/her to receive a loan, but again, introduced Defendant C and Defendant D to a person whose name is unknown in China through B who received a proposal to invite a person who will arrange to get a subway house from a person whose name is unknown, to receive a payment in the amount of tobacco value. Defendant C and Defendant D, upon receipt of Defendant A’s proposal, introduced Defendant C and Defendant D to a person whose name is unknown in China. Defendant C and Defendant C introduced a person whose name is unknown through Defendant C and Defendant D through Defendant B from around September 2015 and intended to deliver a door-to-door box containing physical cards, etc.

In addition, Defendant C and Defendant D received KRW 150,00 per day from September 24, 2015, and delivered to a person whose name is unknown after obtaining a phone card, etc. from a person whose name is unknown, according to the direction of the person whose name is unknown. On September 24, 2015, Defendant C and Defendant D asked Defendant B, knowing that the goods to be delivered on or after September 24, 2015 are the card, and asked Defendant B to the effect that the said card may be used for licensing. Defendant B asked Defendant A whether delivery to Defendant A is a card, and asked Defendant A whether it would be an issue, and Defendant A continues to issue this, and the Defendants agreed to continuously deliver the phone card, etc. from September 24, 2015 to the point of view that the physical card, etc. delivered by them were to be used for licensing fraud, but to continuously deliver money.
