1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 34,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from April 13, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 34,000,000 with the due date set on August 15, 2018, as well as the amount of KRW 34,000 with the due date set at August 15, 2018. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 15% per annum (from April 13, 2019, until May 31, 2019) or 12% per annum (from June 1, 2019) under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 13, 2019 to the day of full payment, as the plaintiff seeks.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
